Dharvalem beach is a small beach located to the north of Coco beach and to the south of Canaiguinim beach. Tourists know this beach as Coco beach, Dharvalem being the name it is referred to by locals. It is located at a distance of 33 kms. from Margao.
The beach has tents that tourists can hire to stay at the beach. The tents have lighting, toilets and all basic amenities. The tents, the palm groves with hammocks make one's experience at this beach truly remarkable. The beach has remained unspoilt and pristine and is a must visit amongst beaches in Goa. There are no buses going to this beach. A mud road branching off from the main road to Canacona leads to the beach.
