The Borim church lies on the bank of the Zuari river offering a scenic view near the borim bridge. St. Francis Xavier is the patron Saint of this church. Originally a chapel, it was founded in the second half of the 19th century. The Borim chapel was made into an independent parish on 26th December 1946. Prior to which it was affiliated to the Parish of Shiroda. The newly constructed church building was blessed on the 3rd of November in the year 2002, which is the feast day.
