Siridao beach is a beach with coarse sand that lies at the mouth of the river Zuari. Along the beach one can also find boats that are used by the local fishing community. The beach is a haven for shell collectors and once can easily find myriad types of shells here. Siridao beach is located at a distance of 7 kms. from Panaji. There are not many hotels in this area, except for a few small shacks. Most locals visit the beach in the evenings and on weekends.

There are no buses going to this beach and one must travel using private transport, which for goan tourists is usually bikes. Fishing is a major occupation for the villages of the Siridao village. Often once can see fishermen hauling nets, and preparing their canoes for fishing trips to the sea.
